Hamid is retired as of January 2023.

Hamid practiced law, specifically family and business law litigation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution, since 1997. He is now living in Texas, hosting a podcast, and providing coaching services through DivorceWithConfidence.org.

Hamid excels at coming up with simple solutions and strategies for complex problems and then explaining your options to you in a way that you can understand. His approach to a wide range of legal issues, including family law and divorce, and business disputes and complexities in all their forms, has made him an industry leader and a highly sought-after attorney and now coach. Hamid is always focused on helping people solve their problems in the most efficient, reasonable, and cost-effective manner.

Prior to graduating from McGeorge School of Law, Hamid worked as a police officer - an experience that has proven invaluable to his outlook as well as his ability to remain calm in seemingly tense situations.

In addition to being a lawyer, Hamid is also a:

  • private judge
  • mediator
  • arbitrator
  • licensed real estate broker
  • business coach
  • published author ("How to Manage a Contest Divorce in California" and “Divorce with Confidence – How to be in Control of Your California Divorce” ).

Your initial consultation with Hamid will allow him to understand your situation and explore how his approach to solving problems can help you get the solutions and peace of mind that you deserve. Hamid does not believe in sugarcoating the truth.

"We'll have time to be friends later. For now, if we decide to work together, I am charged with the responsibility of getting you through a tough situation. That includes ‘telling it like it is', without any sugarcoating, so that you can make the decisions that are best for you in an informed way." - Hamid Naraghi

In his free time, Hamid enjoys spending time with his family, long-distance bicycling, motorcycling, meditating, and simply "being in the moment."

Meet Attorney Hamid Naraghi

Becoming a lawyer was Hamid's second career. His first career was as a police officer. He was a highway patrol officer at the age of 21, and at some point after doing that, he decided he needed to pursue his education; law seemed like a natural progression. So he studied law and became a lawyer.
